In this interview we will be going over your Children and Family Life. In every interview we try to uncover the memories, stories, and decisions that shaped you into who you are today. Here are some of the questions we ask during this interview: When you (or your partner) got pregnant, was it a surprise or a long-planned event? How old were you when you had your first child? What were your emotions like when becoming a parent? Tell me about the day each of your children were born… Was there anything irregular about their births? What hospital did you deliver them in? Why did you name your children what you named them? What was your favorite thing about being a parent? Who do you think your children take after? Do you remember any funny stories about your kids when they were young? What was it like enrolling your children in school for the first time? What's the best thing about being a parent? What's the hardest thing about being a parent? Was anything surprising to you when you first became a parent? What is something you did with your kids often? Did you guys ever move houses or states? Why? What was that like? What was one of the hardest times you had to go through during this period? How did you deal with it? What was your proudest moment as a parent? Were there any significant events that happened in your life while raising your kids that shaped your family’s future? What were some of the best moments during this period of your life? What do you miss most about this time period? If you could do it again, what would you change, if anything, about how you raised your family?
